Shading and Mesh

Fleximas HDPE knitted tape and monofilament shade nets offer an extremely cost effective system for controlling the required levels of sunlight reaching crops and plants. These shade meshes are suitable for outdoors and also within shading structures such as polytunnels and greenhouses.

50% shade is recommended for users in the United Kingdom, whilst 70% shade is recommended for warmer climates e.g. mainland Europe and Africa.

Cortavientos

Fleximas HDPE monofilament knitted windbreaks are a lightweight cost effective solution for providing wind protection for crops and plants. All meshes reduce the wind factor by around 50% and can be installed in layers to achieve desired heights. This product comes with stitched eyelets for easy fixing, as standard.

Knitted windbreaks can also be utilised as long life shade mesh giving 50% shading.
